RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY:
As our services are digital/personal development sessions, they are generally non-returnable once delivered or accessed. Please review service descriptions carefully before purchase.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION:
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.

REFUND POLICY:
All sales are final unless otherwise specified. Refund requests will be considered only under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Naina Mind Works FZE-LLC.

“Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.”

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

If the service has already been rendered or started, cancellation may not be possible.
